At ATS Tiles & Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation project. If you change your mind, you can return unused, boxed tiles and bathroom fixtures in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Secure Packaging
Ensure all products, especially fragile tiles and ceramics, are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Transport
Ship the items back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service or drop them off personally at our designated collection point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
