These products are crystal glass and should not be suddenly cooled or suddenly heated with rapid temperature changes. The temperature of water used with these glass basins should not exceed 70 degrees celsius.
To clean these products, you may use any mild cleaners, detergent or cleaning product for ceramic based material with microfibre cloths. Avoid the use of hard objects whilst cleaning, do not use steel wool or any harsh cleaning products.
Due to the nature of how these glass basins are made, you may expect very mild bubbles, water ripples, mold lines, fine marks, etc. This is a characteristic of the product and forms part of its look.
